WELCOME TO MY RESUME AND POTFOLIO!

At 20 years old, I am an IT professional dedicated to development and technical support, graduated as a Systems Development Technician (2022) and currently studying Systems Analysis and Development at UNIP. I highlight the creation of the official website of Hotec College, an experience that improved my skills in programming, systems design and content management, in addition to working in the maintenance of network infrastructure and data security.
I worked as a Technical Support Analyst in the LWSA group for KingHost, providing support via chat and WhatsApp to solve complex technical issues and optimize website performance. Since December 2024, I have been working at JBS as an IT Assistant, where I provide support for the ERP system used in all branches in Brazil, resolving technical calls, diagnosing failures with SQL Server and ensuring operational continuity.

With what I have experience

WordPress responsive website

I have the ability to build professional institutional websites, e-commerce sites and landing pages using WordPress. By integrating the best plugins on the market, I create responsive, fast and search engine optimized websites. My goal is to help companies strengthen their online presence, providing customers with a satisfactory user experience.

Coding and Operating Systems

I have programming and coding skills in languages such as PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Python, among others. My experience also includes Linux server support, especially in VPS environments, providing technical assistance to clients using Linux for hosting, configuring systems and resolving server-related issues. In addition, I manage my own Linux VPS, which enhances my knowledge of server management and infrastructure.

MySQL Database Administration

With solid experience in MySQL, I am able to design, manage and optimize databases for websites and web systems. In technical support, I worked directly on the analysis and correction of errors related to SQL queries and database integration, ensuring the full functioning of MySQL-dependent applications.

Troubleshooting and Error Analysis

My experience at KingHost gave me advanced skills in analyzing and resolving technical issues. I identified flaws in client websites, investigating configuration errors, incompatibilities, and performance. Working with detailed diagnostics, I provided fast and effective solutions, always focusing on customer satisfaction.

Multiplatform Mobile Development

I have experience in mobile development with Flutter/Dart, creating applications for iOS and Android. Among the notable projects is the application Cosmic Vision, which connects to NASA's APOD API to display imagery of the day. With skills in building custom experiences, I am a skilled developer able to meet the demands of cross-platform projects.

Code Control with Git and Github

With excellent command of Git and GitHub, I maintain and organize code efficiently and collaboratively. My professional experience includes project administration and version control, ensuring that teamwork is carried out in a structured manner. In addition, I use versioning tools to optimize workflows and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
